  We were so lucky to be referred to Brian and Sons! In the first cold snap of Chicago winter, the heating unit in our store went out. After initially speaking with Debbie to set up a weekend, emergency call, a technician was very promptly sent out. Other businesses that we reached out to didn't do commercial, couldn't send someone same day, weren’t open due to the Christmas holiday despite being 24/7 repair companies, etc. which was an issue as we had customers to take care of. Debbie sent our technician, Zach, right away. Zach was the ultimate professional, he really took his time to examine any and all issues that may have caused our heating issue and offered plentiful suggestions as to how we could prevent it going forward. Once they had the parts to fix our unit, they returned to the store and completed the work we desperately needed and helped us with another unforeseen issue, no questions asked. We would highly recommend Brian and Sons to anyone.
