  The staff was great with setting up my lines but I have had nothing but problems getting my buyout money. I took my bill into the store over a month ago when i called sprint a few days ago they said i needed to send them another copy of my bill i sent exactly what the woman did i needed to send and just got email saying it too was denied that i now need the full bill. Tired of the run around. Should have stayed with AT&T.
