  When I showed up, there were 2 cars ahead of me and only 1 person working. I was quoted 1 hour for the oil change. I completely understand a wait at an understaffed location, and that's not the problem I had. After an hour and fifteen minutes, the car ahead of me was just coming out of the bay. I was told that I was next, but the tech had to find someone to pull my car into the bay because he couldn't drive a manual transmission. After another 15 minutes, and I still wasn't in the bay, I decided to leave figuring it would take another 15 minutes after to find someone to drive it out of the bay. I spent the next 10 minutes ringing the bell trying to get someone to give me my keys back. At the end of the 10 minutes, my car was being pulled into the bay, and I asked for it to be brought back out so that I could just leave. The tech pulled my car around to drop it off for me. It was the same tech that told me he couldn't drive a manual. When I asked him why he couldn't drive it before, but not he can, I was told, "Well, I didn't want to risk it, but I can drive stick for short distances". Uhm, if it was a risk, why did you drive my car at all? This was answered with a dear in the headlight look. After 2 hours, I left without the oil change and called customer service. I was told I would receive a call from the store manager. It's the next day now, and I still have not received that call.
  
  I still don't understand how it was too big of a risk to take to have a tech who doesn't know how to drive, drive my car before, but after a couple hours, that risk wasn't a factor anymore???

  The people were very nice and professional, but they desperately need better procedures and systems. The pricing was better than most, so if you can afford a bit of extra time compared to the competition, then Walmart is a decent choice.
